Peer evaluation

1. Go to your blog and write about what you have learned about team work after 3 weeks on the project: Do you feel your group is working as a team? Why or why not? How have you changed your behavior so the team could be better? What does your team need to do in order to make this a better experience for everyone? Do you believe your project will be completed by March 27th? Why or why not?

I have learned that team work is about sucking up all your hatred for other people and trying to work with them. Most of the group has been working together. One person is never hear and when he is hear he just anoyes people. I would have given this person detention so that he would relize what he was doing wrong. We need to learn to get along so that all people in the group can get along. I believe that the project will be completed but it could have been better if all the group members participated so it was a good project but it was the creation of three team members not four.

However, ENFPs get bored rather easily and are not naturally good at following things through to completion. Accordingly, they should avoid jobs which require performing a lot of detailed, routine-oriented tasks. They will do best in professions which allow them to creatively generate new ideas and deal closely with people. They will not be happy in positions which are confining and regimented.
The following list of professions is built on our impressions of careers which would be especially suitable for an ENFP. It is meant to be a starting place, rather than an exhaustive list.
